Richard (usually goes by Rich) has been in the web hosting business for several years. He has been using cPanel with Linux for most of that time and has always worked hard to solve his own server problems to the point of where many people ask him for help. After seeing how many people could use his help, he got the idea for Server Monkeys. When Rich isn't online, he is probobly flying a Cessna 172 Skyhawk SP out of Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland, Ohio, for recreation.
